At a martial art seminar, this weekend, I got the joy of tasting a jalapeno elk hot dog from Biker Jim's (they setup a grill for the seminar). It was really tasty. If you're in Denver and you like gourmet hot dogs, or have never had a gourmet hot dog, then I suggest you give these guys a try. Also, pretty awesome, they had a cream cheese dispenser gun.
